“Broken Memories” is a romantic drama that depicts the often-untold story of a caretaker for the elderly. Once estranged from his family, Levi (Ivan Sergei), has returned home to care for Jasper (Rance Howard), his father who suffers from Alzheimer’s. Committed to preserving his father’s independence and dignity, Levi sets aside their issues and runs the family farm with seemingly little help from his sister, Sara (Cerina Vincent). After Jasper wanders off one too many times, Levi resigns to hire a beautiful and somewhat mysterious caretaker named Maggie (Kelly Greyson). Her patience and warmth begins to rebuild the bridge between father and son as the old house begins to resemble a home once again. Unfortunately, Maggie has her own turbulent past that eventually catches up with her and changes everything.

My Mom and the Girl
MY MOM & THE GIRL starring Valerie Harper is a short film based on Norma’s journey one evening on the streets of East L.A. It’s a funny, poignant and surprisingly rich story of unlikely friendships and wisdom emanating from a woman who is literally losing her mind. While Alzheimer’s continues to relentlessly, insatiably rob her of her precious memories, Norma proves it is powerless when it comes to her soul.
Deep in that well where big bands still play and Coney Island hotdogs still cost a nickel, an apparent shell of a woman in the twilight of life found a young and troubled transvestite and helped her cross an intersection of the heart, where friendships have no boundaries from age, or sickness or who wears the highest heels.
OUR FATHER is based on a true story in Palmer’s family about their estranged father coming back in to their lives 30 years later, afflicted with mid-stage dementia. Her brother, who Michael Worth (God’s Ears) portrays, discovers a secret while caring for him that changes the dynamic of the family and allows them to start healing from the abuses of this misogynistic, racist, wife-beater. The film also stars Michael Gross as the father, Eileen Grubba (Five Year Engagement), and David Topp (The Box). The film has won several awards from fifteen festivals ranging from Audience Awards, Best Director, Best Screenplay, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Score, and Best Cinematic Achievement.
